Recently, I bought some pine bedroom furniture from your Shaker range and I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service your company provides to its customers. It only took a few days from me buying the furniture to it being delved to my home. (Which incidentally was delved on a Saturday) some companies make you wait weeks,never mind deliver on a Saturday. The furniture is lovely and your staff are very friendly,responding to emails and telephoning to arrange a day. The other thing I forgot to mention was the delivery was also around the Christmas period, when I am sure you are very busy. We usually complain when things go wrong, but rarely bother to thank people for things that go right. Dear Sir, I just want to say a very big thank you to everyone at Pine Online for the quick and VERY efficient way my order for bunk beds were dealt with. I had a confirmation of my order within a few minutes on line, telling me that the beds would be delivered within two weeks........ I thought that was excellent, but then after only 8 days I received a telephone call saying you would deliver the next day, I was truly delighted. I was given a time frame between 11am and 1pm and the driver arrived about 12 o'clock - that is what I call a service!!

From the time of looking at your web site to delivery, I cannot fault you - thank you for truly exceptional service. The bunk beds are now in place and I couldnt be more pleased with them if I had spent hours and hours trailing round shops to find them. You have saved me no end of time and energy.... What an excellent service you have recently provided us with! Our purchase was a Regiate King Size bed and mattress. Our order arrived within 10 days. We were going to buy something similar from a North East pine shop and we're glad we didn't. Buying from yourselves, we saved over a third of the cost. The order from the NE shop would have taken 8-10 weeks and delivery was extra. Well done, for providing both an excellent product and efficient service, something of a rare quality these days. We had delivered a sofia dining set delivered on the 22.12.01 to Crosby Grove, Blackpool. I would just like to say that we are more than happy with the product and for the price we paid, we are pleased with the quality. We looked around for weeks for a table like this around the £200 mark and could not find a decent table at all in Blackpool. Having ordered only small items off the internet before e.g. books, I was a bit dubious about the quality. But you have not disapointed me and the delivery was spot on, 3 days before Christmas day. The delivery firm contacted me the day before, and although there was a problem with the van on the Friday, he contacted me on the Friday 3 times and arranged delivery for Saturday morning which was more convenient.
